60-Day Summer Shred Challenge – Waiver and Liability Policy


Acknowledgment of Risks


I understand that participating in the 60-Day Summer Shred Challenge involves physical exercise and activity. I know there is a risk of injury or health complications (for example, muscle strains, sprains, or other medical issues) from doing workouts. I accept and assume all risks of taking part in this challenge.


Medical Clearance Statement


I confirm that I am in good health and physically able to participate in this fitness challenge. If I have any concerns about my health or a pre-existing condition, I have consulted with a doctor and have their approval to join the challenge.


Release of Liability


I release and discharge the challenge organizers, trainers, and all affiliated parties from any and all liability. This means I will not hold them legally responsible for any injuries, illnesses, or damages that I might experience during the challenge, to the fullest extent allowed by law. I understand that by agreeing to this release, I am giving up the right to file any lawsuit or claim against the organizers or their team for anything that happens to me during the challenge.


Consent to Participate


I am joining the 60-Day Summer Shred Challenge voluntarily and of my own free will. I agree to follow the challenge guidelines, instructions, and any safety rules responsibly. I will listen to my body and use common sense — if I feel pain, dizziness, or think I might be overexerting myself, I will stop and seek medical advice as needed. I understand that it is my responsibility to exercise within my personal limits.


Refund & Cancellation Policy


I understand that all fees for the 60-Day Summer Shred Challenge are non-refundable once the challenge begins. If I decide to withdraw or cannot complete the challenge for any reason after it has started, I will not receive a refund of any fees paid.


Agreement & Digital Signature


By checking the agreement box (or providing a digital signature) on the registration form, I confirm that I have read and understood this Waiver and Liability Policy. I agree to all the terms listed above. I understand that this checked box or electronic signature has the same legal effect as a hand-signed paper signature.
